A large & established Financial Services Client in Edinburgh, a leading Investments organisation currently going through significant amounts of change, is currently seeking 2 x Contract Service Design & Transition Analysts to join their team.
Working closely with the Service Design & Transition Manager, supporting a variety of Projects and range of tasks, our Client is seeking candidates with the following knowledge & experience;
* Strong knowledge & experience in Service Design & Transition with demonstrable knowledge across the wider IT Service Management / Service Design / Service Transition landscapes
* ITIL aware (certifications highly advantageous but not essential)
* Experienced in receiving & managing IT/Technical Changes & running them to an operational state
* Familiar with IT Service Management function in other large Financial Services / Banking / Investments organisations
* 1st class communication, inter-personal and Stakeholder Management skills. Candidates must be able to work as part of a larger team & working with a variety of Stakeholders across all levels of the business
