We are delighted to announce the promotion of Josh Ryder to Deputy Manager within our Head Talent Solutions team, recognising his continued growth, leadership and contribution to the business. Josh currently holds the role of Principal Consultant, joining Head Resourcing from University, he has progressed quickly and is now taking on the additional remit of Deputy Manager, Head Talent Solutions.
Josh has built a strong reputation delivering high-quality results in permanent recruitment and developing trusted relationships with both clients and candidates. His expertise in managing end-to-end permanent hiring processes has been a key driver of success. Through his consistent performance, commitment, and willingness to learn, has progressed quickly within the organisation taking on increased responsibility across key accounts.
In 2024, Josh stepped into a Principal Consultant position within the Talent Solutions team. In this role, he has played a significant part in shaping our delivery approach, supporting strategic workforce planning projects for our clients and supporting colleagues across the team. His ability to combine commercial insight with a genuinely people-focused approach has made him a valued partner to clients and candidates and a well-respected individual in the team.
Josh’s promotion to Deputy Manager & Principal Consultant strengthens our Head Talent Solutions team and will directly benefit our clients and candidates. Clients will see increased focus on consistency, quality and innovation across delivery, as Josh continues to develop best practice, support account teams and ensure solutions are fit for market now and in the future.
