We have a core of highly skilled, ethical consultants and our goal is to be the recruiter of choice for companies across the region by harnessing this experience, with great customer service and an innovative use of technology. One recent example is the launch of InSite, a digital job specification which provides candidates with a much greater insight into the employer and the role. It also allows employers to highlight their requirements, environment and working practises in a more candidate friendly way.”
The technology sector is going from strength to strength and accounts for 1.56m jobs across the UK and currently, over 10,000 people work in digital technologies in Leeds, generating more than £3bn in Gross Value Added (GVA). Digital jobs in the region are predicted to grow at 10 times the rate of non-digital. Leeds has the potential to reposition itself as one of the main digital capitals of Europe.
