The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of the Triage & Recovery function, ensuring that effective methodologies and best practices are in place to operate effective recoveries. You will drive the resolution of environment issues with technical teams, including impact assessments and root cause analysis, and perform Lessons Learned reviews of recoveries to ensure closed loop feedback and prevent reoccurrence.
You will have:
*Proven experience of working in a similar role, with strong knowledge of Triage and Triage functions.
*A focus on high quality recovery management with the ability to distinguish between recovery and change.
*Experienced in the stand up, organization, and operation of War Rooms.
*Experienced in chairing and driving triage and recovery.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including within third parties.
