Remote/Outside IR35
We have a requirement for a Change management professional with strong experience of business change adoption, training and communications.
Have experience of leading business change adoption
*Must have legal experience
*Have experience of leading international training
*Create a strategy to support rollout and adoption
*Engage with regional and local stakeholders on rollout plans
*Assess the change impact - Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness etc
*Experience, knowledge or a qualification in of change management principles, methodologies and tools (e.g. Prosci ADKAR, APMG) would be an advantage
*experience working with digital transformation programmes
