An Edinburgh based Investment Management Client has just released a contract vacancy for a Test Consultant who can assess and decide on the best testing techniques.
Initial Contract will be 6 months and will pay £400 - £450 per day to an umbrella company depending on the level of experience. Our Client is seeking candidates with the following knowledge & experience;
* Strong Testing career history with all round testing experience & demonstrable understanding of principles of automated testing
* In-depth knowledge of Agile Development Practices - working closely with BA's & Developers, contributing to 3 Amigos sessions, stand-ups & retrospectives etc
* Knowledge of Gherkin/BDD
* You will have experience one of the following API Testing in .NET environment (C# in Visual Studio), UI Testing in a .NET environment (C#, Selenium in Visual Studio) or, API Testing using Postman (including scripting tests in JavaScript test module)
* Experience within the Asset Management/Investments sector would be highly advantageous
