Head Resourcing are pleased to be assisting our large financial services client to recruit a Technical Specialist to join a dynamic team supporting their Identity Management (IM) function. Our client is looking for ambitious individuals who want to learn, develop their careers, and join a forward-thinking organisation.
The work of this team is highly specialised, so you are not expected to have all the required skills. However, you will be expected to drive your own development and will be given work hours to complete training and certifications on ISAM as well as Azure. This is an exciting opportunity in which you will work closely with both internal colleagues and external 3rd parties and be responsible for ensuring that change in this area is managed and controlled effectively.
In this role you will help improve our client's delivery through innovation, continuous improvement, and automation. Working with Project teams to ensure solutions meet the organisations operational and strategic needs. A big part of the role will involve implementing and supporting IM deployments for production and non-production systems.
Whilst experience in Identity Management would be preferred, our client will consider people who have strong scripting and automation skills who are willing to be trained on ISAM.
Must have:
*Strong technical and decision-making skills
*Ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility for team deliverables
*Ability to prioritise multiple activities in a rapidly changing environment
*Exposure to risk and control concept
*Scripting and automation skills e.g., BASH, Perl, Ansible
Nice to have:
*Practical experience of any of the below supported applications:
oIBM Security Access Manager (ISAM)
oIBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM)
oIBM Security Directory Integrator (ISDI)
oIBM Security Directory Server (ISDS)
*An understanding of IAM Systems and methodologies
*IDaaS tools such as: OKTA, PING, ADFS
