A highly capable & cultured Technical Analyst (IT Analyst) is now required to join a large & busy Financial Services Client in Edinburgh. Supporting a busy Infrastructure Programme, the ideal candidate will come with high-calibre TECHNICAL Analysis skills COUPLED WITH in-depth & hands-on knowledge of data centre migration, Cloud technologies, Infrastructure & Service Now. Candidates should be comfortable working with 2nd / 3rd Line Support & Technical SME's and candidates must be effective communicators and must be confident with Stakeholders across all levels.
Key skills & experience required will include;
* 1st class Technical Analysis / IT BA skills - requirements gathering & elicitation, production of functional specifications and design documents
* In-depth analysis on requirements and ways to meet those requirements, working closely with the Architecture Team
* Demonstrable knowledge & experience of other large Financial Services Infrastructure Programmes / set-ups with proven Technical / Infrastructure knowledge
* A mature approach with 1st class communication skills - knowing when / when not to negotiate, challenge, question, push, influence etc
* A strong work-ethic and can-do attitude is key
