The successful candidate will be responsible for managing external relationships within Customer Operations, developing frameworks, plans and governance and manage this on a BAU basis. Oversight and reporting for senior stakeholders is a critical output for this role.
You will have:
*Prior experience working in a Supplier Relationship Manager role.
*Demonstrable experience and knowledge of supplier/ service management frameworks and models
*Knowledge of the regulatory and industry landscape relevant to supplier management.
*Proven experience of communicating findings across different mediums including presentations, reports, and papers.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
