Our client, a global insurance company, is looking for 2 x SQL Database Developers for an initial 4-month contract. The role is inside IR35 and the rate is up-to £530 per day to umbrella.

This role can be based remotely, although some international travel may be required in the future.

The successful candidates will be supporting a third party client based in Europe on SQL Server and Database design. You will be responsible for loading and extracting files, programming the SQL orientated functions and optimising information.

You will have:

- Experience of working as a SQL Database Developer with strong knowledge of SQL 2016 or newer, and experience of programming SQL functions.
- Experience of using ETL tools
- Knowledge of scripting languages, particularly Python. Experience of Perl would also be useful.
- Strong communication skills are essential. This role involves working with global teams and partners and the ability to communicate effectively with people from all over the world is particularly important.
