SQL Server Consultant
Location: Glasgow 2 days onsite
Type: Contract
Length: 6 month initial

We're looking for a technically-minded individual with a strong foundation in SQL Server, Excel VBA, and web technologies to join our clients team and support the development and automation of correspondence templates and data-driven processes.
Must-Have Skills
- SQL Server: Solid understanding of database tables and how to interact with them.
- XML / HTML / CSS: Ability to code and maintain correspondence templates.
- Excel (including basic VBA): Capable of reading and understanding scripts that pull data from databases.
- Requirement Gathering: Comfortable engaging with users to ensure all functional needs are captured and understood.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Data Analysis: Ability to interpret aggregation needs and apply calculations based on user input.
Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
- Power BI: Experience building or maintaining dashboards.
- Sonata Wealth Platform: Familiarity with Sonata or similar financial platforms.
This is a long-term contract opportunity with a stable and reputable organisation.
