With gaps across a number of Categories (Technology / Services / Marketing / Premises & Facilities etc), the roles will cover Transformation work & BAU activity and also reviewing current processes / advising on suitable changes. Category Management will also play a large part in this role - reviewing spend, trends, conducting analysis etc.
To be successful in these roles, our Client is seeking knowledgeable Sourcing Managers / Procurement Managers with backgrounds & skill-set that include recent experience in;
*Recent experience as a Sourcing / Procurement Manager working on large Change / Transformation initiatives with a solid understanding of typical day-to-day BAU activity too (the ability to think strategically & tactically)
*Demonstrable knowledge across the full Sourcing / Procurement landscape - competency frameworks for procurement activity, training & development, reviewing & consolidating Sourcing / Procurement processes, the typical tools & systems adopted, e-procurement and training & development etc
*Previous experience of Sourcing / Procurement roles within highly regulated environments is highly sought & will be prioritised
*1st class communication & inter-personal skills with excellent Stakeholder Management abilities - working with an up-to Senior Management / Director Level
*1st class Relationship Management skills, strong influencing skills and a strong commercial awareness/business acumen
