Development Lead
Up to £70,000 dependant on experience

Head Resourcing are pleased to be assisting one of our Engineering services clients in Aberdeen as they look to hire a talented Development Lead. Our client works on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days per week in the office for collaboration and team meetings. They are looking for an experienced Development Lead to come in and be the technical lead for a small team of developers.
In this role the successful candidate will lead a team of six developers working on our clients completions management software product. The role holder will remain technically hands on and work closely with the Product Manager to plan sprints and manage development workflow. A key element of the role will be managing the team's workload and priorities, carrying out code reviews as well as pre-implementation design reviews. The team this role will be leading are tasked with designing, developing features for the system in both web and windows application variants.
Required skills and experience:
- Experience as a Senior / Lead Developer
- C#
- Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 4.8 and later, including Core
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Microsoft Azure
- Web page authoring with ASP.Net
- REST API's
To be a success in this role you will also possess excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse and busy workload. You will also have strong analytical skills and enjoy solving problems and coming up with practical solutions.
