Our consultancy client urgently requires an experienced Service Automation specialist. Seeking experienced ServiceNow Contractors with detailed ServiceNow backgrounds/skill-sets, the successful candidate will be responsible for BAU Support Activity, Administration Services as well as Enhancement Services (including changes to configuration and coding) and Upgrade Testing etc.

Besides developing, supporting and administering ServiceNow the desired tech skills include

*Experience with JavaScript
*Experience with PowerShell
*Experience of automation technologies and concepts
*Current vendor accreditations in ServiceNow
*Strong decision-making capabilities
*An understanding of business needs and commitment to delivering high-quality, prompt, and efficient service to the business
*Ability to forge a good working relationship with business colleagues
