Seeking experienced ServiceNow Contractors with detailed ServiceNow backgrounds/skill-sets, the successful candidate will be responsible for BAU Support Activity, Administration Services as well as Enhancement Services (including changes to configuration and coding) and Upgrade Testing etc.
To be successful in this Contract, we're seeking candidates who have the following skills & experience:
* A proven background in working as a ServiceNow Administrator / Consultant, with in-depth experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management for ServiceNow related work
* Experience of ServiceNow administration including Moves, Adds, Changes and Deletes
* Experience of managing changes to configuration and coding
* ServiceNow certification(s) will be highly advantageous but not essential
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with Teams and Stakeholders across the organisation
* Experience within another large & established Financial Services organisation is also highly desirable and will be prioritised.
