The successful candidate will be responsible for BAU Support Activity, Administration Services as well as Enhancement Services (including changes to configuration and coding) and Upgrade Testing.
You will have:
*Proven background of working as a ServiceNow Consultant, including experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management for ServiceNow related work
*Experience of ServiceNow administration including Moves, Adds, Changes and Deletes
*Experience of managing changes to configuration and coding
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
