An Edinburgh based Financial Services Client of ours has just re-released a Service Management Contract to us.

Working within their IT Operations area, the successful candidate will be joining an existing team, backfilling for a Contract who's moving on from this contract.
Initial Contracts will be for 6 months, rate-card can pay up to £400 per day (Outside IR35) and the role will be remotely based initially (Edinburgh thereafter).

To be successful in this Contract, we're seeking candidates with experience in the following areas;

* Strong experience as a Service Manager with detailed knowledge in all aspects of Service SLA's/KPI's, incident management, problems, change & business relationship management.
* ITIL aware - certifications will be highly advantageous
* 1st class Relationship Management & Stakeholder Management skills - candidates must be comfortable working closely with busy Business Areas (Finance / Digital etc) ensuring Service are available etc
* Strong experience running Services within other large & established Financial Services Organisations/Environments
* Excellent people & communication skills with excellent problem solving skills too
