Our client, an insurance organisation based in Glasgow, is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst for an initial 3 month contract. The role is inside IR35 and will pay up-to £170 per day to umbrella.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to onsite and remote users, manage / monitor IT Service Desk Incidents and prioritise and allocate requests as well as any required operational support.

You will have:

Proven experience of a similar role
Windows 10 support and build experience. ( both OS and pc hardware)
Citrix Support experience
Active Directory experience
SCCM Experience
Exchange account maintenance
Incident management skills
Experience with a call management system
Experience with Office 2010/2016
Experience with Networking/Patching/Server Support
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
