A large & complex Migration Programme within an Edinburgh based Financial Services Client continues to look for a Senior Project Manager to join their team, specifically supporting a complex Finance/Accountancy Transformation Project.
My Client is a well known Life & Pensions organisation who are currently going through large amounts of change/business transformation. Initial Contracts will be 6 months, rate-card will pay in the region of £600-£700 per day and the Contract will be Outside of IR35. This will be a hybrid-working Contract with approx. 2-3 days in Edinburgh required.
To be successful in this Contract, our Client is seeking Contractors with the following knowledge & experience;
1) Extensive Senior Project Management skills & experience with knowledge gained on other Finance/Accountancy Transformation projects WITHIN ANOTHER FINANCIAL SERVICES Organisation - Pensions/Investments/Banking etc
2) Strong & proven knowledge across the full Project Lifecycle with an extensive Project Management background- Project Planning, Governance, Change, Stakeholder Management etc
3) Proven knowledge & experience surrounding Finance & Accountancy Systems & Finance Processes adopted in other Financial Services organisations - GL, AP etc etc
4) Previous experience on large & complex MIGRATION Projects/Programmes
5) Any Accountancy qualifications would be highly beneficial but not essential
6) Previous experience in the Pensions/Investments/Savings sector will be highly advantageous but not essential
7) Excellent people, communication & inter-personal skills will be absolutely essential
