Our private sector client is looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join their team and take part in some exciting and high-profile projects.
Responsibilities:
*Work alongside senior members of the Product team to design, develop and deliver our industry-leading systems
*Mentor engineering teammates through collaboration and code reviews
*Contribute to systems architecture and strategy
*Be fully engaged in production system availability, security and performance
*Help develop and embrace principles and practices within the team and across the wider digital department
Essential Skills
*Demonstrable commercial experience of C# and .NET framework
*Strong understanding of both contemporary and classic web architectures, such as micro-services and N-Tier
*Strong database experience with a clear understanding of performance and security
*Experience and understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
*Experience and understanding of DevOps practices, such as continuous integration, automation and collective code ownership
This role will be an initial 6-month contract, can be done remotely, and the successful candidate will need to engage via a FCSA-certified Umbrella company
