Candidates will take end-to-end responsibility for delivery of all technology aspects of the programme providing programme management disciplines to drive and manage delivery. You will define roadmaps, determine delivery plans in-line with technical and business target operating model.
You will have responsibility for overseeing delivery managers providing leadership and guidance as well as defining requirements focusing on supporting teams on timely delivery and practices (agile and waterfall).
Experience of transformation programmes, outsourcing and migrations is desirable.
In this instance candidates are required to have previous proven experience within Life & Pensions or Financial Services sectors.
