You will be required to create and agree the business readiness scope and plans over the programme detailing activity necessary for each business unit to be ready to accept implementation. Once plans are defined you will drive and track progress facilitating meetings at all levels to govern the delivery of business readiness.
Candidates will be confident and comfortable working at all levels across the business with experience of large scale transformation programmes, outsourcing and migrations being advantageous.
This role will require you to be on-site in Edinburgh minimum 2 days p/week.
