🛠 Role - Senior Agile Project Manager

Head Resourcing have partnered with a successful family-owned Glasgow business to support their search for an experienced Agile Project Manager.

Revenues with this client have grown significantly now to over £2bn as they provide services to some of the world's biggest clients.

As an experienced Agile Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and delivering on key strategic assignments, managing project activities, and ensuring successful development sprints.

With the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines, you'll be a crucial member of the Dynamics delivery team responsible the selection of squads, and development of their competence and efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multi-person project management team delivering multi-faceted projects during a time of technology change and adoption.

Key Skills/Experience

  • Ideally you will have 10+ years of varied IT Project Management experience with a PM certification (such as Prince 2 or an APM or PMP practitioner
  • Azure DevOps experience for backlog and sprint management would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of Agile values, with experience in working as a Scrum Master
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
