The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Salesforce platform, managing all reporting and dashboard requirements, training and providing projects and development support, while acting as the first point of contact for all Salesforce support, taking ownership and accountability for all Salesforce administration, troubleshooting and tasks.
You will have:
- Extensive experience with the Salesforce platform
- Working knowledge of Microsoft application software (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven organisational and planning skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
