Our client Schroders Personal Wealth (SPW) is a dynamic new company in the financial advice market who have a brilliant range of roles available across the IT space.

Schroders Personal Wealth (SPW) is a joint venture between Lloyds Banking Group and Schroders - two of the UK's largest names in banking and asset management. We were created to help more people across the UK benefit from financial advice. The newly formed SPW Technology & Engineering function is responsible for building the technology platform to support our new venture. We are entirely in the cloud, taking advantage of powerful commoditised offerings where we can, and building bespoke cloud-native solutions when they can differentiate us from our competition.


About the role

Role Title - Salesforce Administrator
Job type - Full-time, Permanent
Location - Remote with trips into the London or Leeds office
Salary - Up to £55,000 per annum + benefits package (detailed below)

As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll report into our Salesforce Business Analyst. You'll be responsible for taking a hands-on approach in resolving day to day issues and support requests. In addition to this there is the opportunity to help the Salesforce team on various other tasks.

The ideal candidates is a team player, enjoys working hard, exhibits professionalism, is dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations, has excellent problem-solving skills, is able to learn new technologies quickly, and uses their time efficiently.

We believe in an open and collaborative working environment, and we want you to draw upon your experience to establish this culture, whilst ensuring we don't skip over our regulatory obligations around process controls.

What we're looking for

*Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)
*Hands on experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. Exposure to Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud a bonus.
*Comfortable interacting with all levels of stakeholders
*Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
*Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective and scalable solutions
*Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce platform
