I am currently recruiting 3 Project Managers on behalf of a financial services client in Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity to join their Customer Channels Team and get involved with some exciting programmes of work which are enhancing the customer journey across multiple digital banking products.

As a project manager you will be working across the end-to-end delivery of small to medium projects within larger programmes of work. You will be responsible for tracking and recording risks and dependencies to ensure that projects are delivered on time within budget.

You will also:
- Plan and deliver projects or smaller parts of large programmes within the Customer Channels business area.
- Have responsibility for cost, people, time, and quality, ensuring that the delivered outcome matches the business and customer needs.
- Produce accurate reports which inform of metrics, risks, and dependencies for senior stakeholders within the portfolio as well as the wider business.
- Effectively manage stakeholder's expectations in accordance with project metrics and timelines.
- Help promote agile working helping the business area to enhance their agile approach
Experience Required:
- Experience working in a project management or scrum master role ideally within a customer focused or digital environment.
- Strong project management skills, ie. Planning, RAID, Budgeting, Reporting, Resource management.
- Stakeholder management experience, as well as experience of working with 3rd parties.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Experience of producing high quality reports, excellent communication skills both written and verbally.

Please note these roles will offer flexible working going forward, they are currently fully remote, but you will be expected to be able to attend the Edinburgh office 1 or 2 days per week once restrictions are lifted if required.
