Our innovative Central Belt based client in the Engineering and Defence industry requires a Technical programme Manager. The role will be joining an existing team on an in-flight programme which is NDA'd but concerns defence and the team consists of project professionals, engineers and SMEs.
To be successful in this role & requirement, our Client is seeking candidates with the following knowledge & experience;
* A strong & proven Programme Management skill-set with demonstrable knowledge & experience delivering projects in engineering, manufacturing or defence
* Experience of maintaining stringent reporting in line with ISO and industry requirements
* Apply project management skills and techniques, e.g. earned value consideration, team leading, multi-tasking and financial awareness to deliver high quality projects.
* Assign and oversee technical project resources
* Able to work with a number of 3rd parties and partners
* Work within tight security and regulatory protocols
* Excellent people, communication & inter-personal skills
