Key Responsibilities include,
*1stand 2nd line support for all current and future products
*Ownership of support issues and requests from logging to resolution.
*Following support processes and procedures to ensure that all issues and requests meet agreed customer SLA's.
*Work required shifts to cover key customer business hours including UK and North America.
*Provide 24x7 support outside office hours on a rota basis.
*Assist in maintaining internal infrastructure to facilitate the activities of other teams across the business.
*Keep up to date with new developments through proactive learning and knowledge sharing.
In order to be successful in the role, candidates need
*Minimum of 2 years relevant Application / Product Support experience
*Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
*Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
*Attention to detail in ensuring that support processes and procedures are adhered to.
*Ability to write and analyse SQL statements and queries.
*Basic level administration of Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.
