Head Resourcing is looking for a talented IT Principal Consultant to join a fully remote England team. You can be based anywhere in the England for this role and we welcome candidates from all backgrounds and all walks of life to apply.

We are looking for a highly capable senior IT Recruiter, with subject matter expertise, who can demonstrate a successful track record during their career so far, a passion for excellent customer service and supporting their colleagues.

Delivering personal revenue commitments through the building and maintaining of good relationships is key and as a senior member of the team we would also like you to proactively develop new business opportunities, contribute to team strategy and take the initiative to coach and mentor colleagues where needed.
