A NEW Business Analyst Contract has just arisen within our Edinburgh based Financial Services Client. A well known name in the Life & Pensions Sector, our Client is seeking communicative & engaging Contract Business Analysts with previous knowledge & experience in the Pensions sector with previous Customer Rectifications / Customer Redress experience.

Initial Contracts will be for 6 months and rate-card will pay in the region of £400 per day (OUTSIDE IR35). To be successful in this requirement, candidate backgrounds & skill-sets should include;

1) Strong & proven Business Analysis skills & experience - Business Requirements, Process Mapping, Data Analysis and all associated Documentation etc

2) In-depth knowledge of Pension / Savings Products & policies and the wider Life & Pensions secrtor

3) Previous experience on other Customer Change & Customer Remediation / Customer Redress / Customer Rectification projects

4) Excellent people, communication and Stakeholder Management skills
