A busy Finance Workstream within an Edinburgh based Financial Services Organisation is currently seeking an experienced Migration & Readiness Project Manager to join their team. Currently going through large amounts of change & increasing workloads, my client is seeking someone with similar Migration & Readiness experience from other Financial Services Projects and someone who can hit the ground running.
Initial Contracts will be for 6 months, the role will be remotely based for the foreseeable and rate-card will pay up to £500 per day (OUTSIDE IR35 / Via Ltd Company).
To be successful in this Contract, my Client is seeking Contractors with the following knowledge & experience;'
* Detailed e-2-e Project Management knowledge & experience on other large/complex Financial Services Change Projects - ideally including knowledge & experience of Savings/Investments/Pension Projects
* A deep & demonstrable knowledge of Migration & Readiness Projects, fully understanding Data Sources, Target Systems, Go/No-Go, Dress Rehearsals, Migration Planning, Acceptance Criteria, End-user Training Requirements and Internal Communications etc
* Previous experience on other Finance/Accountancy projects/programmes
* 1st class Stakeholder Management skills will be absolutely essential
* Strong & clear communication & inter-personal skills will be essential too
