A new permanent opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Data Analyst, where you will help to support the ongoing growth strategy across the organisation, with specific focus on customer & product acquisition & cross-sell marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

*The design, optimisation & deployment of all 121 Marketing campaigns via all channels (e.g. DM, Email, Social) to drive increased business performance & profitability, including:
*Full campaign deployment from initial evaluation, to selection, deployment and post campaign analysis
*Maintaining compliance and server reputation
*Identification of new contact opportunities
*Leverage of segmentation & statistical models provided by the Data Science team
*Identification of process enhancements and efficiency improvements
*Act as an advocate for data & insight generation across the business
*Ensure all documentation is up to date & proportionate to business requirement
*Provide reasoned advice and recommendations to the business, using own judgement as to when more complex issues require escalation

Knowledge & skills required:

*Experience of Adobe Campaign utilising the tool for all aspects of campaign selections and deployment is highly desirable
*Experience & knowledge of campaign management best practice covering areas of customer targeting, customer analysis & campaign measurement
*Understanding and experience of email deliverability & Server Reputation Management would be desirable
*Highly numerate, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills & attention to detail
*Relevant technical skills & experience covering SQL and / or SAS plus campaign management software
*Experience with a broader range of analytical tools and techniques (e.g. R, Python) would be desirable
*Well organised and able to prioritise workload in line with tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
*Excellent team player with ability to work closely with others to deliver results
