Our client is one of the most successful retail organisations in the UK, with an ambitious and forward-thinking approach to technology and the modern workplace. They are currently looking to appoint several M365 specialists at a variety of levels, from Engineer to SME.

The role of the M365 SME/Architect will be to actively stay abreast of the latest functionality relating to Workplace Productivity, and to guide IT on how best interpret and leverage M365 technologies. You will assist departments and teams in identifying workplace productivity opportunities that could benefit from these technologies. You will monitor and review the M365 roadmap, deploy approved solutions as well as managing the existing. You will manage M365 changes and share available training links with teams. You will also provide ongoing mentorship to M365 Administrators.

The ideal candidate will be an experience M365 SME or Architect with experience of designing and implementing M365 solutions using Teams & SharePoint as well as the other M365 product stack. You will have attained or are working towards one or more of the Microsoft Azure Architect certifications.
