The successful candidate will be responsible for working on a mortgage programme, to help shape mortgage journeys for customers. You will identify business needs and managing the production of information, analysis and research.
You will have:
*Proven experience of working as a Business Analyst within financial services
*A background of working on mortgage-related projects, specifically around customer journeys and mortgages.
*Strong core Business Analysis abilities including facilitating workshops, translating requirements and process models.
*Experience of Agile methodology
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
