The successful candidate will be working on a new Ways of Working Programme, and will look at how the transfer of knowledge can be part of the wider learning strategy and culture and how to build capability through structured and unstructured learning. You will look at how knowledge is stored, shared, and re-used including processes, systems, governance, culture and skills, driving the knowledge transfer approach in line with business and customer needs.
You will have:
*Specialist experience of knowledge transfer and management.
*A background from business and learning in a change or corporate environment
*Experience of Knowledge Management Systems and processes
*A background in strategy, planning and understanding customer needs
*Experience of Learning Management Systems or Experience Platforms is highly desirable
*Strong stakeholder management abilities, including the ability to drive change forward
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
