To be successful in this role you will require a combination of these key areas. (we aren't looking for perfection here but someone who is an experienced IT Trainer)

*IT or Teaching/Training qualification such as PTLLS, CompTIA CTT, TAP, CIPD or Microsoft Certified Trainer or ECDL to an advanced level.
*Experience of working in similar IT Trainer positions
*Design and delivery of training
*Project based training (exposure to agile and waterfall methodologies)
*Experience with web based and eLearning training environments.
*Experience with MS Office applications, SharePoint, and Azure.
*Ability to identify, plan, design and develop training.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*High standard of interpersonal skills
*Excellent written and spoken communication skills
