Head Resourcing are pleased to be working with a charitable organisation who are developing a new strategic vision, and digital transformation which will be at the heart of an even better customer experience over the next few years. For this, they are looking to bring someone into the organisation on a fixed-term (open to day rate) bases who will be able to support users both remotely and onsite through a number of digital upgrades. These include:

- Rollout of Microsoft Office 365
- Moving from on-premise infrastructure to cloud based services (Azure)
- Rollout of new hardware to each of their 70 sites across Scotland (laptops, PC's Printers)

For this, the client are looking for the right person to have experience with (but not limited to):
- Previous IT Support experience for both 1st/2nd line.
- Experience working in a customer facing role
- Driving license and car to travel to sites across Scotland

Nice to haves:
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 & Windows 10
