Role: IT Product & Platform Analyst
Contract: 6 Months FTC (Secondment Opportunity)
Salary: £30,734 - £35,000
Location: Gourock / Remote Working

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a IT Product & Platform Analyst to join a well established leader in the transportation industry.

This role is a 6 month FTC and would be joining the Product & Platform Team where you would work across both new and existing applications and be the subject matter expert on the BAU applications. You will be responsible for 2nd line support of a variety of applications. Analysing the incidents & where appropriate taking ownership of Problems & driving them forward to resolution.

You will be required to develop the day-to-day relationship with a variety of 3rd party vendors to drive through application incidents & problems to closure, as well as working with them to identify how to minimise the number of incidents & problems, escalating with IT Vendor Management when necessary. You will have a strong focus on end user engagement & work closely with the users to keep them informed of product updates, performance and new features and functionality.

* Experience in a Product Analyst/Service Support role
* Experience of business change
* ITIL v 3 Foundation accredited
