An Edinburgh based Financial Services is currently seeking an IT Operations Analyst (IT Service) to join their IT Service Operations Team.
Joining an existing Application Services Team within the wider IT Service Operations area, initial Contracts will be for 6 months, rate-card will pay up to £325 per day and the role will be remotely based (Edinburgh Office for any onsite work required).
To be successful, my Client seeks candidates with the following knowledge & experience:
1) Previous experience working as an IT Operations Analyst / Service Management Analyst with strong & PROVEN knowledge/experience in the provision of IT Services
2) Strong ITIL knowledge (certification would be advantageous)
3) Demonstrable knowledge & experience across all aspects of Service Integration (SIAM), Cloud computing, Event & Incident Management, Service Transition & Service Design etc
4) Excellent Problem Solving skills with a strong work ethic
5) Strong and clear communication skills with excellent Stakeholder Management and Customer Services skills (managing the expectations of all Users/Customer across the business)
