The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of change management to enable the successful delivery of change, which will be inclusive of complex application updates through to small emergency fix changes, whilst adhering to the defined IT Change Management process. You will also be responsible for co-ordinating and tracking any problems highlighted.
You will have:
*Proven experience in an Application delivery environment with direct experience in Change and Problem Management
*Understanding of Change Management including status, risks and deployment activities
*A background of working in a multicultural or global setting
*Knowledge of Service Management tools such as HPSM beneficial
*A solid understanding of ITIL is desirable
