This is hands-on role which will require you to balance multiple projects covering many disciplines and be comfortable working both on your own initiative and as part of wider project teams.
Key Responsibilities include
*Plan, document and deliver quality assured solutions
*Manage stakeholder expectations
*Identify, assess and manage the risk and impact of each change, applying appropriate change control procedures
*Facilitate the transition from solution delivery to operational support by ensuring operational readiness
*Provide operational support of all IT systems, including on-call cover, incident resolution and root cause analysis
*Demonstrate problem solving skills using information to hand to identify, prevent or resolve ongoing or potential issues
Ideally candidates will have
*Infrastructure architecture, data centres, Hyper-V, servers, and private cloud
*Windows operating systems
*Installation, configuration, maintenance and support of networks, firewalls and switches
*Experience with emerging technology, such as cloud computing, desktop virtualization and unified communications
*Capable of working in a small team environment, as well as having the drive to work on an individual basis are essential skills.
*Flexible and reliable worker, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
