Financial Service Client - Edinburgh
A busy Edinburgh based Financial Services Client is currently seeking a Contract Incident Manager to join their Group Technology Team. Helping to advance the Incident Management team/service, the successful candidate will be required to to take responsibility for the day-to-day co-ordination and improvements to Incident Management and this role will work with a broad range of Stakeholders (Delivery Managers, Service Managers, Senior Management, 3rd Party Suppliers etc).
Key knowledge & experience required in this Contract should include;
* Previous experience working as an Incident Manager with deep & proven knowledge across the full Incident Management landscape
* A strong IT Operations background with strong knowledge of how large organisations run IT/Technology etc
* Previous Incident Management skills & experience within another large & established Financial Services organisation will be highly advantageous
* Excellent (internal) Customer Service & Stakeholder Management experience with 1st class communication skills & the ability the work closely with users across all levels of the organisation
* Excellent planning & prioritisation skills with 1st class problem solving skills
