I am currently recruiting a Human Resources Information Systems Analyst on behalf of my financial services client in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to join small core team within the organisation, responsible for supporting the business with the data integrity, data analysis, reporting and configuration for all HR related systems.

Role Responsibilities:
- Build and implement data solutions to ensure that data is accurate and up to date.
- Work alongside the MI Analyst to develop and execute queries.
- Design and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, year-end, and ad hoc reports.
- Improving functions to the services provided by building solutions that will help build capability.
- Support BAU Colleague Data queries.
- Document risk and new processes for solutions created.

Experience required:

- Previous experience working in a Data Analyst or HR focused role (ideally a combination of both).
- Experience of relational databases and query concepts.
- Payroll and People related process experience.
- Knowledge of the Project Management lifecycle.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion, MicroStrategy or similar product
- Be an analytical, deep thinker, who enjoys challenges and problem solving.
