Role Responsibilities:
- Build and implement data solutions to ensure that data is accurate and up to date.
- Work alongside the MI Analyst to develop and execute queries.
- Design and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, year-end, and ad hoc reports.
- Improving functions to the services provided by building solutions that will help build capability.
- Support BAU Colleague Data queries.
- Document risk and new processes for solutions created.
Experience required:
- Previous experience working in a Data Analyst or HR focused role (ideally a combination of both).
- Experience of relational databases and query concepts.
- Payroll and People related process experience.
- Knowledge of the Project Management lifecycle.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion, MicroStrategy or similar product
- Be an analytical, deep thinker, who enjoys challenges and problem solving.
