IT Systems Specialist (Atlassian / Google Workspace)

Key Responsibilities:
As an IT Systems Specialist, you will:
Provide 1st-3rd line IT support, both remotely and on-site, to teams across various locations.
Provision and administer a suite of productivity and collaboration tools, ensuring seamless interoperability.
Manage requests and incidents through the ITSM system (Jira Service Management), meeting the team's SLAs.
Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding, including conducting IT inductions.
Oversee deployment, management, and asset tracking of the IT resources.
Contribute to building out the knowledge base, maintaining IT documentation, and supporting the development and rollout of business policies and processes.
Participate in internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC2 standards.
Dedicate time to supporting, managing, and enhancing end-user cybersecurity systems and tools.
Monitor network traffic and logs for potential vulnerabilities and failures.
Conduct regular backup and disaster recovery tests to ensure business continuity.
Collaborate with our Cyber Security team to ensure secure configuration and patch management of IT systems.

Willingness to provide occasional off-hours support when necessary.
Cultural adaptability and the ability to work with diverse teams.
Experience in regulated business environments.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in compliance control frameworks, particularly ISO 27001 and SOC2.
Significant commercial experience in Windows, Linux, and macOS administration and support.
Commercial experience administering and supporting productivity and collaboration tools.
Proven experience with Google Apps/Suite/Workspace, including 3+ years in an administrator role (certification or significant experience required).
Hands-on experience with Atlassian products (certification desirable).
Commercial experience in software-defined IT security and compliance (MDM, ZTNA, SIEM).
Proficiency in configuring data protection functionality (DLP, Retention automation, Classification).
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and protocols (Wireless, LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls).
Solid grasp of public cloud principles and digital transformation.
Troubleshooting skills for iOS and Android devices.
