Please note this role will be undertaken remotely for the time being. Also please note this role has been determined by the client to be Inside IR35 therefore engagement through Umbrella is encouraged from the start!
The position will support the review and re-design of finance and accounting business processes in response to the changes in technology and completing the analysis to support and guide process changes.
* Preferably, experience of finance reconciliations in either a project delivery capacity or
Finance Operations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record working in a
complex business change environment.
* Experience of working with large scale systems replacements, particularly ERP systems.
* The ability to break down complexity, visualise it with simplicity and create clear
outputs be used in future decisions.
* Experience of modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
Finance and Accounting process experience preferred.
* Experience within Healthcare Insurance or Financial Services preferred.
* Understanding of delivering large IT Programmes in a multi-region / cross-functional
stakeholder environment.
* Ability to communicate at all levels and provide information to a diverse stakeholder
group.
