Our client, a public sector body based in Oxfordshire, is looking for a End User Support Specialist on a 6-month initial contract. The role is on-site, has been assessed as Inside IR35 and the pay rate is £250 per day to umbrella.
Please note candidates will either need to have NPPV3 clearance or be willing to undertake that level of vetting.
You will be responsible for providing a positive customer experience to the user base, troubleshooting and resolving EUD incidents and supporting EUD projects as required.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience with general desk side support and physical Desktop PC installations.
- Experience of supporting Windows 10, and ideally have worked on a previous large scale Windows migration project.
- Experience with SCCM builds or MEM Builds.
- Strong customer facing skills and communication skills, being able to work with colleagues at all levels.
