A new Digital Product Owner Contract has just arisen within one of our busy Financial Services Clients based in Edinburgh. Joining their Customer Digital Team and looking after their Customer Channels & Workplace products, our Client is seeking high-calibre Digital professionals with the following knowledge & experience;
* Strong & proven experience as a Digital Product Owner within other Financial Services organisations & environments
* Strong knowledge & experience of the Customer with proven experience creating/improving the Digital Journey / Digital Experience. Fully understanding Customer Behaviour, Voice of the Customer Data, the Customer Journey etc
* Detailed knowledge across a range of Digital Platforms/Solutions/Channels/Services
* Proven experience within an Agile Environments
* Working closely with with wider team to ensure a joined-up experience - CX/UX/Development etc
* As always, first class people, communication & Stakeholder Management will be essential in this role
