We are looking for a junior - mid level Digital Developer to join an innovative solutions company based in Warrington. You'll be brought on to join a growing yet close knit team with support and training in place to help you grow professionally. You will be charged with implementing improvement projects through technical innovation. The projects will be focused on improvements to the various systems that are used within laboratories and offices.
Key Skills Required:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to solve complex problems within Word & Excel
- Programming ability in respect of VBA, RPA, Python or similar
- Knowledge of databases - Access or SQL or similar
- Ability to gather and interrogate process data to identify areas for improvement, as well as being able to effectively present findings and results to colleagues at various levels within the organisation
- Well developed and effective verbal and written communication skills used in working with peers and employees at all levels of the organization
- Pragmatic, enthusiastic and fit with the strong company values
- Flexible and able to accommodate virtual meetings across a range of time zones
- Must have valid driver's license, or ability to obtain prior to employment
