Developer Analyst
Role type: Permanent, full-time
Location: Mostly remote with occasional trips to Leeds office (bi-monthly)
Salary: Up to £60k + excellent benefits
I am looking for a Developer Analyst / Support Developer to join a workplace technology team responsible for developing an effective, employee-led, technology adoption and engagement strategy; delivering business platform change, upgrades and ensuring supportability of those technology platforms.
The role will look after technical input and oversight across all the workplace technologies, such as Workday Finance, Workday HR, the ERM system, the Intranet etc.
Key duties of the role:
*Leading the technical team for the intranet.
*Enhancing and refining the intranet by leveraging the solutions SDK and API to extend functionality and integrate into other core systems
*Designing, developing and delivering end-to-end functionality and services to the workplace technology comprising front-end, back-end and DevOps.
*Working across the business to help each area provide the best digital experience for their teams.
Skills needed for the role:
*Experience of working with 3rd party CMS solutions whether internal or external facing is a big plus
*Knowledge and prior experience of managing and configuring ETL processes.
*Experience in managing and configuring 3rd party enterprise SaaS solutions such as Workday
*A solid understanding of SaaS delivery models and configuration management
*An understanding of Agile methodologies
*Experience of working with Atlassian products such as JIRA and Confluence.
*Experience working with or managing an ITSM product.
