Head Resourcing is currently recruiting for an exceptionally talented Designer who is looking to work for an exciting start-up that is bringing a transformational product to the market. Our client is a customer-led business that is creating a tool that generates tangible value for all, supported by an executive team with a passion for helping people and a proven track record of creating successful online communities and digital ventures. They are recruiting for a talented and passionate Designer to work closely with their product owner and development team to improve their app, website, co-branded and white labelled sites as well external communication assets. This is an all-encompassing design role where the successful applicant will have a significant voice on decisions made and be expected to suggest improvements rather than work to pre-defined briefs.

Responsibilities:
*Interaction and visual design: They need someone who has design skills, and can use them to improve their app, website, co-branded and white-labelled sites, external communications, etc. (You will have an opportunity to improve virtually everything they do.)
*Product Discovery: collaborate with the product and delivery teams to figure out how the product can be improved.
*Holistic User Experience: You will improve the overall user experience, as well as look for ways to make it stickier and more useful to people; thus, you will need to have a mind for creating a user experience that really hooks people and motivates them to act.
*Prototyping and User Testing: you and Product will be putting prototypes in front of actual users to find out what they think.
Required Skills:
*Previous experience in a UI / UX position.
*The ability to work under your own direction and set the tone in terms of design tools.
*Experience sketching wireframes and building prototypes.
*Strong experience in the Adobe creative suite.
*The ability to work with a growing team to create products for end users and corporate clients.
*You should have an eye for detail and be able to critique our clients current customer experience, working with the team to propose and implement changes.
*They want people with a start-up mindset - you should be flexible, creative, and interested in new things.
Desirable:
*You will have experience in a SAAS environment.
